Do I have to change software?
No. We work with the inspection, scheduling and accounting software you already use. See the Works with your software page for how we interact with each one.
Will anything go to my customers without my approval?
No proposal goes out without your approval. Follow-up and invoice reminders use templates you approve during onboarding.
How do you price the repairs?
From your price list, labor rates and terms. We never set your prices.
What access do you need?
The least that works. Many contractors start with forwarded reports and accounting exports. You can revoke any access at any time.
Do you submit reports to the fire department?
No, not unless you instruct us to. Fire department and local authority filings stay with you or your inspection software.
What if a report is unclear?
We flag it and ask you. We do not guess at deficiencies.
How long does it take to start?
Onboarding is planned for about two weeks, including a trial run where nothing is sent to customers.
Who sends the emails?
They go out in your company's name, from an address you approve.
Is there a long contract?
Ask us about terms. Plans are billed monthly.
